Beef Ramen

4 cups beef broth
200g ramen noodles
200g beef sirloin, thinly sliced
2 green onions, chopped
2 boiled eggs, halved
1 cup bok choy, chopped
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp sesame oil
1 tsp ginger, grated
1 garlic clove, minced
1/2 tsp chili oil (optional)
