Beef Ramen

250 gram Beef strips
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp baking soda
2 tbsp. oil
1 tsp chopped garlic
1 tbsp. sesame seeds
1 tsp red chili flakes
Ramen's seasoning
Water
Spinach
Salt
Black pepper
Cooked noodles
Boiled eggs

Season the thinly sliced beef with salt, pepper and baking soda.

In a separate pan, heat a bit of oil over medium-high heat.

Add the beef slices and cook for just a minute or two until they are no longer pink. Set aside.

In the same pan, cook spinach for a minute. Season with salt & black pepper. Set aside.

In a large saucepan, sauté garlic in oil for a minute.

Add the chili flakes, sesame seeds and seasoning that comes with the ramen pack.

Add in the water and simmer for 2-3 minutes.

Add in the cooked noodles.

To serve, place cooked ramen noodles in a bowl, add the cooked beef slices, and ladle the hot broth over the top.

Add your desired toppings, such as sliced green onions, boiled eggs and cooked spinach.
