Rub oil and salt on the beef roast.

Preheat the oven to 350°F.

Sear the beef in a hot pan for 3 to 5 minutes on each side.

Remove the beef from the pan after searing.

Cook flour in the same pan for 2 to 3 minutes to cook off the raw taste.

Add beef broth and 2 cups of water to the pan.

Add garlic, seasoned salt, onion powder, garlic powder, and black pepper to the broth.

Add 1 pack of LIF soup mix to the broth.

Add a bunch of rosemary and thyme to the mixture.

Add soy sauce to the broth.

Return the beef to the pan and cover it.

Cook in the oven for 2 and 1/2 hours.

Prepare noodles by boiling water in the microwave for 4 minutes, then adding noodles for 2 minutes.

Boil eggs separately.

Plate the dish with noodles, boiled eggs, jalapenos, and peppercinis.

Add hot sauce to the dish and sprinkle pepper on the eggs.
