- ●all-purpose flour
- ●baking soda

- ●unsalted butter
- ●brown sugar
- ●granulated sugar
- ●vanilla extract
- ●eggs
- ●chocolate chips
- ●cayenne pepper
- ●ground cinnamon
- ●adobo sauce
- ●cornstarch
- ●oats
- ●walnuts
Instructions
- 1Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- 2In a bowl, whisk together all-purpose flour, baking soda, salt, cornstarch, cayenne pepper, and ground cinnamon.
- 3In a separate bowl, cream together unsalted butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
- 4Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition, then stir in vanilla extract and adobo sauce.
- 5Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
- 6Fold in chocolate chips, oats, and walnuts until evenly distributed.
- 7Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
- 8Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.
- 9Remove from the oven and let cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
- 10Store cookies in an airtight container at room temperature.
