Smoked Ham

1 spiral cut ham
1 cup cherry glaze
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper

Preheat the Pit Boss Austin XL Pellet Grill to 225°F.

Place the spiral cut ham on the grill grates.

In a bowl, mix together the cherry glaze, brown sugar, Dijon mustard, cinnamon, cloves, and cayenne pepper.

Brush the glaze mixture over the ham, making sure to get it in between the slices.

Smoke the ham for about 2 to 3 hours, basting with the glaze every 30 minutes.

Once the internal temperature reaches 140°F, remove the ham from the grill.

Let it rest for 15 minutes before slicing and serving.
