1 kg potatoes
Oil to fry
1 big red pepper
1 big onion
1/2 cup of minced carrot
300 grams of minced meat
1 tsp shawarma spices
1/2 tsp paprika
1/4 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp salt
1 onion chopped
2 tbsp olive oil
1/2 cup of chopped peppers fresh or frozen
1/4 tsp coriander powder
1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 cup of tomato sauce
2 cups of water

Wash and peel 1 kg of potatoes.

Make a hole in each potato.

Wash them again and dry thoroughly.

Fry the potatoes in oil on all sides until golden.

Remove the seeds from the large peppers.

Fry the peppers and set them aside.

In a blender, chop 1 onion and add it to the minced beef.

Add 1/2 cup of minced carrots, shawarma spices, paprika powder, cumin, garlic powder, black pepper, olive oil, and salt to taste.

Mix the ingredients thoroughly and set aside.

Chop 1 onion.

In a pan, heat olive oil and add the chopped onion. Caramelize the onion.

Add frozen or fresh paprika and cook for 5 minutes.

Add 1 cup of tomato sauce, mix well, and cover. Cook for 5 more minutes.

Add 2 cups of water and bring the mixture to a boil.

Pour some of the sauce into an oven pan.

Fill the fried potatoes and peppers with the meat mixture.

Place the filled potatoes and peppers in the oven pan.

Pour the remaining sauce over the stuffed vegetables.

Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).

Transfer the pan to the oven and bake for 40 to 45 minutes.
