Hummus Stuffed Potatoes

4 medium russet potatoes
1 cup hummus
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
1/4 cup diced red onion
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp cumin
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F/220 degrees C.

Cut the potatoes in halves.

Put the potatoes on a baking tray and cook them for 25 minutes.

Put the chickpeas, tahini, olive oil, basil, parsley, and lime juice into an electric food processor.
