Sunflower seed butter is nut-free and has a similar texture.

Cacao nibs are lower in sugar and higher in antioxidants.
Crack 1 egg into a bowl.
Add vanilla extract to the egg.
Add tahini to the egg and vanilla mixture.
Whisk the tahini, egg, and vanilla until creamy.
Add toasted hazelnuts to the mixture (optional).
Add keto granola full of nuts and seeds to the mixture.
Mix the ingredients until combined and chunky.
Transfer the mixture into a lined baking tin.
Optional: Add sugar-free chocolate chips on top of the mixture.
Press the mixture down firmly in the baking tin to hold together.
Press the chocolate chips into the mixture using a fork or the edges of the baking paper.
Preheat the oven to 170°C (approximately 340°F).
Bake in the oven for 15 to 20 minutes.
Allow the granola bars to cool in the tin before cutting.
Cut the cooled granola bars into bite-sized pieces or larger as desired.
