6 whole eggs
1 tin can evaporated milk (370 ml)
1 tin can condensed milk (370ml oe 384grams)
1 tspn vanilla
25 grams unflavored gelatin or mr gulaman (1packet)
2 and 1/2 cup water
1 cup white sugar
1/2 cup water
2 tbspn cornstarch

In a bowl, combine the whole eggs, evaporated milk, condensed milk, and vanilla. Mix well.

In a separate pot, dissolve the unflavored gelatin in 2 and 1/2 cups of water and bring to a boil until fully dissolved.

Combine the gelatin mixture with the egg and milk mixture and blend until smooth.

In another pot, combine the sugar, 1/2 cup of water, and cornstarch. Cook over medium heat until it thickens to form a caramel.

Pour the caramel into the bottom of your flan mold.

Pour the flan mixture over the caramel in the mold.

Refrigerate until set.
