300 ml Condensed Milk
370 ml Evaporated Milk
1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
25 grams Gulaman Powder
8 Pieces Egg yolk

In a pot, combine 4 cups of water and 25 grams of gulaman powder. Stir until dissolved and bring to a boil.

In a separate bowl, mix together 300 ml of condensed milk, 370 ml of evaporated milk, 8 egg yolks, and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract.

Once the gulaman mixture is boiling, slowly add the milk mixture while stirring continuously.

Prepare a llanera (or mold) by caramelizing sugar in it until golden brown and pour the caramel at the bottom.

Pour the combined mixture into the llanera over the caramelized sugar.

Let it cool and then refrigerate until set.
