Den Mürbeteigboden ca. 15 Min. bei 170°C Ober-/ Unterhitze vorbacken.
Für die Füllung Magerquark, Zucker, Zitronen- oder Limettenabrieb, zerlassene Butter, Schlagsahne, Vanillepuddingpulver oder Speisestärke und Eier vermengen.
Die Füllung auf den vorgebackenen Mürbeteigboden geben.
Bei 160 - 165°C ungefähr 70 Min. backen.
