Shape the dough into loaves or rolls and place on a baking sheet.
Let the shaped dough rise again for 30 minutes.
Bake in the preheated oven until golden brown, about 25-30 minutes.
Remove from the oven and let cool on a wire rack.
Prepare a glaze with powdered sugar and lemon juice, if desired.
Drizzle the glaze over cooled baked goods.
Serve and enjoy with coffee or tea.
