Add 300 g of powdered sugar to the butter.

4

Add 20 g of vanilla sugar (2 packets) to the mixture.

5

Crack in 2 eggs and mix everything well together.

6

Add 500 g of flour to the mixture and mix until a dough forms.

7

Knead the dough until it reaches a smooth consistency, similar to chapati dough.

8

Split the dough into four portions to create different types of cookies.

9

Add some powdered hazelnuts to one portion and mix well.

10

Shape the hazelnut dough into small pieces and cut them into cookie shapes.

11

For another type of cookie, mix cocoa powder into a portion of the dough.

12

Shape the cocoa dough and add almonds to it, mixing well.

13

Form the dough into a ball and shape it as desired.

14

Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).

15

Bake the first set of cookies for about 12 minutes.
