Pour the batter into a greased cake pan.
Bake for 30-35 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
Remove from oven and let cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
Prepare a syrup by boiling orange juice with water and sugar until thickened.
Drizzle the syrup over the cooled cake and let it absorb.
Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
