Wash the vegetables in 1 liter of water with 1/2 cap of nim wash for 15 minutes.

Rinse the vegetables under running water after soaking.

Heat 1 tablespoon of butter and a couple of drops of oil in a pan.

Add 1 finely chopped onion and cook until brown.

Add 1 tablespoon of finely chopped garlic and cook for a minute.

Add 5 pureed tomatoes and cook until they dry out, adding water if necessary to achieve a saucy consistency.

Add 1.5 teaspoons of sugar, 1 teaspoon of oregano, 1.5 teaspoons of kashmiri red chilli powder, and salt to taste. Tear in a few fresh basil leaves and mix well.

Add a little water to deglaze the pan and bring the sauce to a boil, then turn off the flame.

Spread a generous quantity of the tomato sauce on 2 white pizza bases.

Grate mozzarella cheese over the sauce, followed by some processed cheese.

Add toppings: green bell pepper, red bell pepper, shredded onions, tomato slices, baby corn, jalapenos, and black olives. Press down slightly to stick everything to the cheese.

Grate a little more cheese on top of the vegetables.

Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 12-15 minutes.
