- 5Stuff the breadcrumb mixture into the pocket of the rib of beef, pressing it in firmly.
- 6Place the stuffed rib of beef in a roasting pan and pour the beef broth around it.
- 7Cover the pan with aluminum foil and roast in the preheated oven for about 2 hours.
- 8Remove the foil and continue roasting for an additional 30-45 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 135°F (57°C) for medium-rare.
