2 large stalks of celery
1 whole onion
1 can (28 oz) crushed tomatoes
1 cup green lentils
2 tablespoons Italian seasoning
2 tablespoons oregano
1 teaspoon basil

Chop onions, carrots, and celery into small pieces.

Heat a pot on medium-high and add grapeseed oil.

Sauté the chopped vegetables until they develop color, about 5 minutes.

Add soaked and rinsed green lentils to the pot.
