Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large bowl, add 1 cup of all-purpose flour, 2 teaspoons of baking powder, and 1/2 teaspoon of salt. Whisk together until well combined.
Fold in 1 cup of plain Greek yogurt into the dry mix using a spatula until a sticky dough forms.
Knead the dough until smoother on a lightly floured surface.
Divide the dough into eight equal portions and roll them into balls.
Flatten each ball of dough into discs on a lightly floured surface.
Cut 4 oz of softened cream cheese into eight pieces and fold the dough around each piece, sealing it well. Wet fingers can help seal if needed.
Transfer the sealed dough balls to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, seal side down.
In a small bowl, whisk 1 egg white until slightly foamy and brush it over the outer portion of each dough ball.
Sprinkle everything seasoning or your choice of seasoning on each dough ball.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
Remove from oven and allow to cool slightly for 2 to 4 minutes before serving.
