Grill the white sausages until cooked.

Warm the giant baguette in the pan.

Mix ketchup, mustard, and curry powder together in a bowl.

Spread half of the curry ketchup mixture on the bottom of the baguette.

Add roasted onions on top of the ketchup mixture.

Place the grilled sausages inside the baguette.

Drizzle the remaining curry ketchup mixture over the sausages.

Garnish with more onions if desired.

Close the baguette and serve.
