Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.

Fold in the fresh blueberries.

Scoop the mixture into a well-greased muffin tin using an ice cream scoop.

Bake at 375°F for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
