Make cuts in the fat of the pork. Coat the pork with rice flour. Cut the white leek into chunks.

In a frying pan, add oil and the leek, and heat. Once it starts to brown, add the pork slices. Cook over medium heat until browned, then flip. Drizzle the beet sugar over the meat, followed by the sake and soy sauce in that order. Cover and steam for about 2 minutes over medium heat.

Remove the lid, flip the meat, and spoon the sauce over the meat until it thickens and the pork is cooked through.
