1 teaspoon dark soy sauce
1 teaspoon black vinegar

1 tablespoon maple syrup
2 tablespoons avocado oil
1/4 cup peanuts
1 teaspoon white sesame seeds
1 teaspoon gou (Korean pepper powder)
1 teaspoon chili flakes
