Preheat a pan, add some oil and fry the sausages until golden brown.

Put some tarragon mustard into a bowl, finely chop the onion & parsley and add as well.

Season with some seasoning or curry powder to taste and mix well.

In the meantime toast the sandwich buns.

As soon as the sausages are ready, cut the sandwich buns (but not the whole way through), spread some mustard onto the bun, add the sausages and season with some more seasoning aka. curry powder.
