8 ounces cottage cheese
1/4 cup Greek yogurt
1/4 cup avocado mayo
2 cups sharp cheddar cheese
1 jar diced pimentos
Casanova's Competition Rub seasoning

Take 8 ounces of cottage cheese and fill to the 8 oz line in a blender cup.

Add a tablespoon of water to the cottage cheese to help it blend.

Blend the cottage cheese until smooth, stopping to stir if necessary.

Transfer the blended cottage cheese into a bowl.

Add 1/4 cup of Greek yogurt to the bowl with cottage cheese.

Add 1/4 cup of avocado mayo to the mixture.

Mix the cottage cheese, Greek yogurt, and mayo until well combined.

Add 2 cups of sharp cheddar cheese to the mixture and fold it in.

Add the whole jar of diced pimentos to the bowl and fold them in with the cheese.

Sprinkle in the Casanova's Competition Rub seasoning and mix well.
