Pimento Cheese Dip- Friendsgiving Special

Double the original recipe by using 4 cups of shredded cheddar cheese.

Let the cream cheese sit at room temperature or microwave for 10 seconds to soften.

Add the entire 4-ounce jar of pimentos with liquid to the mixture.

Mix together 4 cups of cheddar cheese, 8 ounces of cream cheese, 4 ounces of pimentos, and 1/2 cup of mayonnaise.

Use a spatula or wooden spoon to mix until well combined, adding more cheese if necessary.

Season with kosher salt and freshly ground pepper to taste.

Transfer the mixture to a bowl and refrigerate until serving.
