2 cups boiled water
4 medium potatoes
1 cup vegetable oil
1 cup canola oil
2 tablespoons butter
1/4 cup lemon juice
2 large eggs

Put olive oil and ghee in a saucepan over medium heat.

Add chopped onion and garlic to the saucepan.

Add chicken pieces and season with salt, black pepper, ginger, and cinnamon.

Add chopped parsley and chickpeas; let it cook on medium to medium low for 10 to 15 minutes.

Add boiled water just enough to cover the chicken and let it cook for about 30 minutes covered.

Meanwhile, peel the potatoes and cut them into large fries.

Season the fries with salt and deep fry them in vegetable or canola oil.

Drain the fried potatoes on paper towel.

Once the chicken is cooked, take it out of the sauce and brown it with one tablespoon of butter or ghee in a frying pan (this step is optional).
