1 kg fresh tuna, cut into chunks
500 g potatoes, peeled and diced
1 large onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 red bell pepper, chopped
1 green bell pepper, chopped
400 g canned tomatoes, chopped
1 liter fish stock
2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
Salt to taste
Black pepper to taste
2 tbsp olive oil
Fresh parsley for garnish

Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.

Add the chopped onion and garlic, sauté until translucent.

Stir in the red and green bell peppers, cooking for another 5 minutes.

Add the diced potatoes and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Pour in the canned tomatoes and fish stock, then add the paprika and cayenne pepper.
