Heat 3 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil in a saucepan.

When the broth is boiling, reduce the heat to medium low and cook for 25 to 30 minutes or until the potatoes are tender.

Cut the fresh tuna into chunks and season with salt.

When the potatoes are almost done, add the tuna.

Add 1/2 cup of water when the broth is boiling again.

Cook for 10 minutes and let it rest for 5 minutes.
