Start by putting 1 liter of water in a pot.

Add 2 cinnamon sticks and cloves to the water.

Use 5 tablespoons of Api (purple corn powder) and dilute it with natural water to avoid lumps.

Once the water is boiling, add the diluted Api to the boiling water.

Stir continuously to prevent sticking and overflowing.

Add another liter of water for cooking.

Let it cook for about 15-20 minutes until well cooked.

Add a bit of lemon juice or orange juice after cooking.

Sweeten to taste with sugar, but avoid adding too much to prevent it from being overly sweet.

Remove the orange peel or cinnamon sticks before serving.
