In a bowl, combine 250 g of flour and 1 g of salt on one side, and 7 g of instant yeast on the other side.
Add 180 g of mashed sweet potatoes to the center of the bowl.
Pour in 100 ml of water that was used to boil the sweet potatoes, mixing it in gradually.
Knead the mixture with hands until it forms a dough that doesn't stick to your hands, adding more flour if necessary.
Cover the dough with a cloth and let it rise for about 1 hour.
After rising, divide the dough into 4 equal portions and shape them into round patties.
Heat a pan over low heat and cook the patties for 15 minutes on each side.
Prepare a garlic and parsley butter by mixing butter with minced garlic and chopped parsley.
Serve the cooked patties with the garlic butter.
