Add ice into the mixer and into the shaker.

Add around 5 grams of sugar to each cup using a teaspoon.

Pour around a tablespoon of grapefruit syrup into the mixer.

Add a tablespoon of Spiced Mango syrup to the shaker.

Prepare a double espresso, adding 30 ml to the mixer and 50 ml to the shaker.

Remove one pitcher of espresso quickly and pour it into the shaker.

Turn on the mixer to whip the contents quickly.

Close the shaker tightly and shake it without opening to keep the ice inside.

Pour the first layer from the shaker into a glass.

Shake the crema in the mixer and use a spoon to keep the ice from falling down while pouring it onto the edge of the first layer along the glass side.
