On medium heat, add oil, tomato puree and garlic and mix well.

After about 3 min add mustard and berbere and mix well.

Once the beans start to boil add a little more oil and mix and cover.

Add salt and mix well.

After about two min remove pan from heat.

Let the dish cool down and then add to a bowl and garnish.
