1-1/2 teaspoon Chilli Flakes
1/2 teaspoon Sugar
2 tablespoon Garlic
3/4 cup Sweet Corn, boiled
1/2 cup Capsicum
1 cup Button Mushroom
1 small Tomato
4 slices Bread
Cheddar Cheese
Mozzarella Cheese
1/2 cup Cooking Salt

Prepare the red sauce by heating oil and butter in a pan.

Add chopped garlic and onion, sauté until translucent.

Stir in maida and cook for a minute.

Add chopped tomatoes, water, milk, and spices (oregano, red chilli powder, chilli flakes, sugar, and salt).

Simmer until the sauce thickens.

In a separate bowl, mix boiled sweet corn, capsicum, and button mushrooms.

Layer the bread slices in a dish, followed by the vegetable mix and red sauce.

Top with cheddar and mozzarella cheese.

Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with cheese on top.

Cover and cook on low heat until the cheese melts.
