Vegetable Lasagna

4 cups water
1 tsp salt
2 tablespoons oil
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 bell pepper, chopped
2 cups marinara sauce
1 teaspoon chili flakes
1 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp dried basil
2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons flour
1 cup milk
1 cup sweet corn
2 cups spinach, blanched
3 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

Boil water in a pot and add salt and oil to prevent lasagna sheets from sticking together.

Once the water is boiling, add lasagna sheets and boil for about 10 minutes until soft.

In a pan, heat olive oil and sauté chopped bell pepper until soft.

Add chopped tomatoes and salt to the pan, cover, and let it cook until well done.
