Vegetable Lasagna

Butter - 25 grams
Refined flour - 1½ tbsp
Whole Milk - 400 ml
Mixed herbs - ½ tsp
White pepper - ½ tsp

Mozzarella cheese shredded - 40 g
Shredded mozzarella cheese - 125 g

Cook the lasagna sheets in boiling water with salt and oil until al dente, then drain.

In a pan, heat 2 tsp of oil and sauté the garlic and onion until translucent.

Add chili flakes, mushrooms, carrot, and mixed herbs; cook until vegetables are tender. Season with salt and add boiled corn.

For the white sauce, melt butter in a saucepan, stir in refined flour to form a roux, then gradually add whole milk, stirring continuously until thickened.

Season the white sauce with mixed herbs, white pepper, and salt. Stir in shredded mozzarella cheese until melted.

In a baking dish, layer the cooked lasagna sheets, sautéed vegetables, white sauce, and shredded mozzarella cheese. Repeat layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with a layer of cheese on top.

Bake in a preheated oven until the top is golden and bubbly.
