1 cup sliced shallots
8 oz oyster mushrooms
8 oz cremini mushrooms
3 cloves garlic
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon thyme
1 teaspoon rosemary
1/2 cup sundried tomatoes
2 cups spinach
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon salt

Put the gnocchi on a baking tray.

Add sliced shallots and oyster mushrooms, and cremini mushrooms to the tray.

Add garlic to the tray.

Drizzle olive oil over the ingredients on the tray.

Chop thyme and rosemary, and set aside along with sundried tomatoes.

Bake in the oven at 425°F for 25 minutes.

After 25 minutes, take the pan out of the oven and drizzle on more olive oil.

Add the prepped rosemary, thyme, and sundried tomatoes to the pan.

Add spinach to the pan and mix everything together.

Put the pan back in the oven for another 5 minutes.
