Instructions

- 5Mince the garlic and sprinkle over the vegetables.
- 6Season with Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper.

- 8Roast in the oven for 20-25 minutes, stirring halfway through.
- 9Remove from the oven when the gnocchi are golden and vegetables are tender.
- 10Sprinkle grated parmesan cheese over the top.
- 11Return to the oven for an additional 5 minutes until cheese is melted.
- 12Remove from the oven and garnish with fresh basil before serving.
