1 cup diced tomatoes
1 medium onion
3 cloves garlic
1 teaspoon cumin seeds
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon red chili powder
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon turmeric
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup fresh coriander leaves

Heat a pan and add butter. Once melted, add cumin seeds and minced garlic. Sauté for a few seconds until fragrant.
