1

Welcome to my channel, today I'm making Guyanese chicken foot souse.

2

I have about 1 pound of chicken feet that I've washed in vinegar and cut off the toenails.

3

Put the chicken feet in a pot with water to boil until soft.

4

After boiling for about 20 minutes, drain all the water from the pot.

5

Add fresh water back to the pot and boil again to remove any chill from the chicken feet.

6

Add weary pepper to the boiling chicken feet.

7

Check if the chicken feet are tender and then drain again.

8

In a bowl, combine the chicken feet with 1 cube of bouillon, black pepper, thyme, chopped celery, chopped shallots, and lime juice.

9

Stir everything together until well mixed.

10

This is the final result of my Guyanese chicken foot souse.
