Clean chicken feet thoroughly under cold water
Heat a pot and add a little water to cool it down
Add a tip of oil to the pot to prevent sticking
Add chicken feet to the pot and steam them, ensuring they don't burn
Season the chicken feet with garlic, white onion, celery, scallion, thyme, and salt
Add a cinnamon stick, clove, and pimento seed for flavor
Sprinkle garlic powder and Slap Ya Mama seasoning on the chicken feet
Add chicken bouillon for flavor
Squeeze lime juice over the chicken feet
Cover the pot and let the chicken feet steam
Prepare the brine by mixing water and vinegar in a ratio of about 1 cup of vinegar to a little over 1 cup of water
Add garlic powder, Slap Ya Mama seasoning, salt, and brown sugar to the brine
Add the remaining garlic, thyme, and whole clove of garlic to the brine
Add half of the purple onion and half of the cucumber to the brine
Bring the brine to a boil
Grind black pepper into the brine
Add the steamed chicken feet to the brine and cover it
Let the mixture cool and chill, preferably overnight
