Prepare ingredients: thyme, garlic, adobo, tomato flavored chicken bouillon, scallions, red and white onions, cucumber, celery leaf, red and green hot peppers, and chicken feet.
In a pressure pot, bring water to a boil on medium-high heat.
Add the prepared ingredients to the boiling water.
Add the chicken feet and stir.
Cover the pressure pot and cook under pressure for 7 to 8 minutes.
Check the chicken feet for tenderness by breaking a piece off with a fork.
Remove the chicken feet from the pot and place them in a bowl.
While the chicken feet are still hot, add 4 cups of water to the bowl to cover them.
Add complete seasoning and garlic salt to the bowl.
Add white vinegar gradually, adjusting to taste.
Add lemon juice gradually, adjusting to taste.
Stir the mixture while warm to dissolve the salt and evenly distribute the flavors.
Taste the mixture and adjust seasoning if necessary.
Add onions and all other vegetables to the bowl and mix well.
Cover the bowl and let it sit for 4 to 5 hours before serving.
