Set Instant Pot to sauté and add ground beef, ground pork, diced onion, minced garlic, and Italian seasoning.

Brown the meat mixture in the Instant Pot.

Add 3 cups of tomato sauce to the browned meat and simmer together.

In a bowl, combine 15 to 16 ounces of ricotta cheese with 1 egg (use 2 eggs if doubling the recipe).

Mix in 0.5 teaspoon garlic powder, 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning, and 1 teaspoon kosher salt into the ricotta mixture until well blended.

Remove the sauce from the Instant Pot and clean it out for assembling the lasagna.

Wrap heavy-duty foil around the base of the springform pan to prevent water leakage.

Add a layer of sauce to the bottom of the springform pan.

Break lasagna noodles to cover the entire surface area of the sauce.

Add a layer of sauce over the noodles and pack it down.

Spread half of the ricotta mixture evenly over the sauce layer.

Place the trivet in the Instant Pot and add 2 cups of water.

Set the springform pan on the trivet, close the lid, and ensure the valve is set to sealing.

After cooking, allow a 10 minute natural pressure release, then do a quick release of the remaining pressure.

Transfer the lasagna to a preheated oven at 425°F for 7 to 9 minutes to brown the cheese.

Use a knife to scrape the edges of the lasagna to ensure it’s not sticking to the sides before opening the springform pan.
