It combines aromatic spices and ingredients that showcase the cultural heritage of the Sephardic diaspora. Today, Sephardic chicken is enjoyed in various Jewish celebrations and has gained popularity beyond its traditional roots, inspiring many modern adaptations worldwide.

Add 1.25 cups of warm water to a bowl.
Mix in 4.5 teaspoons of yeast, 0.5 cup of sugar, 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract, and 1 tablespoon of chocolate liquor.
Let the mixture sit until it starts bubbling.
In a standing mixer, add 2 eggs, 0.5 teaspoon of salt, and 12 tablespoons of non-dairy butter.
Pour in the yeast mixture and add 4 cups of flour.
Mix until combined, then gradually add the remaining flour until the dough pulls away from the sides of the mixer.
Divide the dough into 1 pound pieces, shaping them into balls.
Prepare the dry filling by mixing 2 cups of sugar, 1 cup of Dutch process cocoa powder, 1 cup of confectioners sugar, 2 tablespoons of vanilla sugar, and 1 box of instant chocolate pudding.
For the wet filling, combine 1 cup of the dry mixture, 0.25 cup of chocolate liquor, and 2 tablespoons of oil until spreadable.
Make the crumb topping by mixing 1 cup of sugar, 1 cup of all-purpose flour, 6 tablespoons of cold butter, and 1 tablespoon of vanilla sugar until sandy.
Roll out the dough and spread the wet filling on top, followed by chocolate chips and the dry filling.
Twist the dough and shape it into a loaf, placing it in a baking dish.
Repeat the process for the second babka and freeze the third piece of dough for later use.
Prepare chicken drumsticks, rack of ribs, and beef mixed with lamb for baking.
Fill a pot with water, add oxtails, drain, and wash them before placing back in clean water.
Turn the heat to medium-high and cover the pot to boil the oxtails without seasoning initially.
Prepare a marinade for chicken using 8 cloves of garlic, honey, oil, apple cider vinegar, oregano, cilantro, salt, and pepper, mixing well before applying to the chicken and refrigerating overnight.
Season the rack of ribs with cumin, coriander, onion soup seasoning, brown sugar, salt, and black pepper.
