Sweet Potato Toast

1 tbsp butter
2 tbsp peanut butter
2 tbsp almond butter
1/2 cup hummus
1/4 cup sour cream
1/4 cup tofu sour cream
2 tbsp chives, chopped
4 large eggs
1 avocado
1/2 cup guacamole
1/4 cup cream cheese
1 cup strawberries, sliced
1 cup cooked lentils
1/2 cup chili
1/4 cup red pepper hummus
1/4 cup tomato basil bruschetta
1/4 cup parmesan, grated
