Shred 1/4 head of iceberg lettuce very finely.
Place shredded lettuce into a medium-sized bowl.
Add 1/3 cup Olive Garden Signature Italian dressing to the bowl.
Add 1 1/2 cup mayonnaise to the bowl.
Sprinkle 1 teaspoon of salt and 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper into the bowl.
Add banana pepper juice and banana peppers to the bowl.
Mix all ingredients together to create the grinder salad dressing.
Set the dressing aside.
Preheat the oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit.
Cut submarine rolls in half and open them up.
Line a sheet pan with parchment paper.
Place provolone cheese slices on one side of the opened rolls.
Layer deli sliced ham, cajun turkey, salami, and sandwich style pepperoni on top of the cheese.
Top with mozzarella cheese on the other side of the rolls.
Place the sandwich in the oven for about five minutes until the cheese melts and gets golden.
Remove the sandwich from the oven and add sliced tomatoes on top.
Add the grinder salad dressing in the middle of the sandwich.
Close the sandwich and slice it in half.
