Fried Lasagna

Start by gathering ingredients: fresh roma tomatoes, marinara pasta sauce, Italian panko breadcrumbs, ground beef, ricotta cheese, eggs, lasagna noodles, sweet red wine, minced garlic, Lowry's seasoning salt, black pepper, onion, spinach, mozzarella cheese, parmesan cheese, and Italian seasoning.

Fill a pot with water about three-fourths full and bring it to a boil for the lasagna noodles.

In a skillet, add ground beef and season with minced garlic, Lowry's seasoning salt, and black pepper. Stir to combine and cook until browned.

Chop onions and add them to the browned ground beef. Cook until the onions are soft.

Chop fresh roma tomatoes and add them to the beef mixture. Optionally, add spinach if desired.

In a separate bowl, crack a couple of eggs and blend them together to use for coating the lasagna.

Take two lasagna noodles and place ricotta cheese in the middle. Layer with ground beef, mozzarella cheese, and parmesan cheese, then add Italian seasoning.

For some of the layers, add marinara sauce, but for the first one, leave it out. Repeat the layering process for the remaining noodles.

Once all layers are prepared, prepare for frying the lasagna.
