Instructions
- 1Prepare a baking dish by lining it with parchment paper.
- 2Melt milk chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl until smooth, stirring every 30 seconds.
- 3Pour half of the melted chocolate into the prepared baking dish, spreading it evenly.
- 4Refrigerate until set, about 15 minutes.
- 5In a saucepan, combine peanut butter, unsalted butter, granulated sugar, and light corn syrup over medium heat until melted and smooth.
- 6Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract and salt.
- 7Fold in chopped peanuts and powdered sugar until well combined.
- 8Spread the peanut mixture over the set chocolate layer in the baking dish.
- 9Refrigerate until firm, about 30 minutes.
- 10Melt dark chocolate with coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl until smooth, stirring every 30 seconds.
- 11Pour the melted dark chocolate over the peanut layer, spreading evenly.
- 12Refrigerate until completely set, about 1 hour.
- 13Once set, lift the Snickers out of the dish using the parchment paper and cut into bars.
- 14Serve chilled or at room temperature.
