Instructions

  1. 1Prepare a baking dish by lining it with parchment paper.
  2. 2Melt milk chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl until smooth, stirring every 30 seconds.
  3. 3Pour half of the melted chocolate into the prepared baking dish, spreading it evenly.
  4. 4Refrigerate until set, about 15 minutes.
  5. 5In a saucepan, combine peanut butter, unsalted butter, granulated sugar, and light corn syrup over medium heat until melted and smooth.
  6. 6Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract and salt.
  7. 7Fold in chopped peanuts and powdered sugar until well combined.
  8. 8Spread the peanut mixture over the set chocolate layer in the baking dish.
