1/2 onion, diced small
1 carrot, skinned and diced small
1 small russet potato, skinned and diced small
1 1/2 cup low sodium vegetable broth
2 tablespoons tamari (or soy sauce)
2 cloves garlic, sliced
1/4 cup tahini
1/2 cup + 2 tbsp nutritional yeast
2 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp paprika
1/2 cup lemon, juice
5 tablespoons tapioca starch
1.25 packages of whole grain pasta
2 cups frozen peas
¼-½ cup chopped fresh parsley
1 block extra-firm tofu, drained and shredded
1 tbsp water
1 tbsp tamari or soy sauce
1 ½ tsp chilli powder
½ tsp cumin
½ tsp paprika
½ tsp garlic powder
1 ½ cup of whole grain or gluten-free breadcrumbs (or ground up cereal)
½ tsp smoked paprika
1 tbsp dried sage
1 tsp granulated garlic
1 tsp granulated onion
1 tsp poultry seasoning

Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).

In a pot, combine the onion, carrot, potato, vegetable broth, tamari, and garlic. Cook until the vegetables are tender.

Blend the cooked vegetables with tahini, nutritional yeast, garlic powder, paprika, lemon juice, and tapioca starch until smooth.

Cook the whole grain pasta according to package instructions and add frozen peas towards the end of cooking.
