Cut tofu into cubes and marinate in soy sauce for 10 minutes.
Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering.
Add marinated tofu and cook until golden brown, about 5-7 minutes.
Remove tofu from skillet and set aside.
In the same skillet, add garlic and ginger, sautรฉ until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
Add sliced pork and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.
Stir in onion, bell pepper, and carrot, cooking until tender, about 3-4 minutes.
Return the tofu to the skillet and mix well with the pork and vegetables.
Add oyster sauce, sesame oil, and chili flakes, stirring to combine.
Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes to heat through.
Garnish with green onions and bean sprouts before serving.
Drizzle with lime juice before serving.
