Start by taking 2 pounds of minced pork.
Add a lot of salt and freshly ground pepper to the pork.
Add nutmeg, minced garlic, and 2 shredded onions to the mixture.
Add 4 eggs to the mixture.
Pour in a lot of milk, saving a little for later.
Add 10 big tablespoons of flour and mix very well.
Adjust the texture with the remaining milk as needed to achieve a soft consistency.
Melt a huge spoonful of butter in a skillet over medium heat.
Form small balls of the meat mixture and add them to the skillet.
Remember the order you add the meatballs so you can turn them in the same order.
Cook the meatballs for about 4 to 5 minutes on medium heat before turning them.
Check the texture of the meatballs by touching them with your finger to see if they are cooked through.
